SPECIFICATIONS Dedicated to laboratories working in the contactless smartcard field, the MICROPROSS test apparatus allows the user to carry out the tests defined in the ISO/IEC 10373-6. This part of ISO/IEC 10373-6 deals with test methods which are specific to contactless integrated circuit card technology (proximity card). The tool includes a full set of antennas and boards which allows the user to : - Measure the field strength produced by a coupler (PCD)- Determine the index and rise / fall time of the modulation- Tune accurately the PCD antennas - Test Hmin and Hmax produced by a PCD - Test the ability of a PCD to power a PICC - Measure the load modulation signal from the PICC- Detect the minimum load modulation signal from the PICC- Minimise the carrier and measure the subcarrier load modulation. This test apparatus may of course be associated with Micropross contactless readers such as MP 300 CL2, MP300 TCL1 to send request command to the PICC via the PCD antenna, in order to obtain a load modulation response from the PICC.
