Smart Card Analyser ISO 10373-6 Test Apparatus *Set of antennas according to ISO 10373-6 *Sturdy support *Accurate adjustable position *Applications : laboratories   Dedicated to laboratories working in the contactless smartcard field, the MICROPROSS test apparatus allows to carry out all the tests defined in the ISO/IEC 10373-6 except electrostatic discharge test. This part of ISO/IEC 10373 deals with test methods which are specific to contactless integrated circuit card technology (proximity card). However, this tool can be used to carry out some tests which shall be applied to vicinity cards. The tool includes a set of antennas and boards designed following the specifications set by the standard. A robust mechanism allows to obtain an accurate positioning of the various components. This ensures the reproductibility of the measurements. It is also possible to adjust finely the setting aside of the antennas to set another configuration as the one described in the standard. The test apparatus can be set horizontally or vertically.   The set of antennas and boards includes : A calibration coil used to : Measure the field strength produced by a PCD Determine the index and rise/fall time of the modulation. A test PCD antenna and a calibration board to tune the antenna. A "reference PICC" and a "reference PICC for load modulation" test used to : Test Hmin and Hmax produced by a PCD Test the ability of a PCD to power a PICC Detect the minimum load modulation signal from the PICC Two sense coils used to minimise the carrier and measure the subcarrier load modulation A calibration set-up board to tune the PCD antenna.
